SIWorld - Event Dedicated To Everything Social Data & Insights

Symanto’s CCO John Savage was delighted to have been given the opportunity to speak and be part of a panel at the inaugural of “Social Intelligence World” (SIWorld2018) on 30th of November, organized by Dr. Jillian Ney and Dr. Lawrence Ampofo at “The Crystal” in London. It was a one-day event focusing on social data analysis and implementing social data insights and has gathering of industry leaders, breakthrough thinkers and the experts behind social intelligence. Social Intelligence World is a key industry event that brings together and supports social intelligence professionals through a packed schedule of inspiring talks and practical workshops. This year’s theme was “Humanizing Data” that you can take back to the office and apply straight away.

Symanto was one of the sponsors of the first ever SIWorld2018 and was also one of the featured speakers, presenting on the topic of “Going Beyond Sentiment Analysis to True Emotional Insight”. We shared the floor with some big names from different industries like Jackie Cuyvers (CEO at Convosphere) and Laila Seith Hassan (Head of Analytics at OgilvyOne Worldwide).

John spoke on how we need to go beyond sentiment analysis to true emotional insight by using behavioral science models and emerging technology, so we can better understand the emotional states of consumers and stakeholders. In addition, John also explained that this enables us to break down the barriers or engage the drivers to adoption or brand choice. He also talked about how Symanto is helping different industries to connect emotionally with their customers by providing them a deep understanding of customers’ motivations, feelings & needs and a clear brief on how to resonate and communicate in an empathetic manner.

Symanto At DMEXCO 2018

DEMEXCO - A View To Digital Trends & Future Business Potential​

The leading digital marketing trade fair and conference Demexco took place in Cologne on September 12-13th 2018, Germany. With 40,000 visitors, 1,100 exhibitors and 500 speakers from all over the world, got together to discuss and experience digital trends and business ideas. They set the benchmark as a network and business platform for the digital economy. Decision makers continue to educate themselves, get inspired, make contacts, and do business. For the first time this year, Symanto got the opportunity to participate the Start-Up village at DMEXCO. On the first day we were invited to the Unilever Foundry Investor Pitch on the stage to present our unique approach to leverage the power of artificial intelligence to truly empathize with consumers. The pitch received great resonance and queries from numerous audience. We had fruitful discussions with current and future clients from leading brands across the world.

On the second day, Symanto Founder & CEO Khaleeq Azizdelivered a speech about The Power of Artificial intelligence to Uncover Consumer Psychology & Sentiment and the services we offer at Scale. Companies are recognizing the strategic importance of building emotional connection with their consumers. Khaleeq shared our experiences in helping companies to harness these emotional insights from social media platforms to build long-lasting consumer loyalty.

Artificial Intelligence – A Smarter New World. Opportunities & Challenges

June 8th 2018, Munich, Germany.Pioneers of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and IoT (Internet of Things (IoT) in Europe met at the Symposium organized by MIT Club of Germany to discuss How do IoT and AI change our lives. High-ranking keynote speakers shared their views on the future of the Internet of Things (IoT) and the opportunities related to Artificial Intelligence (AI).

We discussed how Psychology in the combination with A.I. is the future. We believe that Technology can improve the way how it is interacting with humans at the moment.  If we map the traits that make us humans, our emotions, motivations, personality, together with AI, then we really have a powerful tool to help us and to bring us further as human beings.
